I guess the video is provided a few after yours, but what I saw was him lightly yucking it up and sort of giggling and then someone told him there was a Medal of Honor “winner” in the crowd, so Bambi gives him a “shout out” with a big smile like he is saluting the Cherry Pie Blue Medal winner at the county fair. Totally clueless
