Nah; 30+ casualties, 2+ shooters, cops wounded - it's a terrorist attack. Columbine nutters were terrorists. To have the FBI say it is NOT terror at this point is irresponsible.

Columbine, while being planned, wasn’t organized, supplied, and coordinated by a terrorist organization that has access to materiel, money, and talent.
