Multiple shooters certainly would indicate a terrorist or fanatic group.
This smells like a terrorist attack. Using a TEXAS military base as a symbolic attack on Bush.
Just my opinion based on limited information. Would not surprise me, though, as terrorists have attempted to do the same at Fort Dix in New Jersey a couple years ago.
