Re cancelling AARP membership — keep trying to call. I called and had no trouble months ago but clearly this is picking up more steam now. Don’t give up.

Kill AARP along with ‘the bill.’

He finally got through and asked the lady that answered the phone if she had been busy. She told him “No, the phones have been quiet today.” I think that was the last straw for him. He told her he kept getting cut off and he was on a quest to cancel his membership because he didn’t want to be a part of anything that supported this health care plan. She told him she would tell the “higher ups”.

The AARP rep was lying when she said phone were quiet. Please — who do they think they are talking to? More people than ever are cancelling now — even some Dems!

Good work — you won’t miss that membership one bit.
