Pneumonic plague is a bacteria, not a virus. Isn't Plague also mainly a summer disease? It was below freezing in Ukraine today. Plague needs a vector, which is usually fleas, and they are not so active this time of year.

You are correct sir. It is possible there may be some antibiotic that could be helpful. Apparently large doses of vitamin c and fluids could help as they mentioned vitamin C being in short supply.
