It runs from east of Syracuse clear across to the Vermont border, up to Watertown and the Canadian border, and across to Plattsburg and Lake Placid. It doesn't include the Capitol District, but it does include the entire Adirondack region. Very sparsely populated. It also includes Fort Drum. Many active duty military, many in Afghanistan.
The Dem’s won’t know how many votes they need to create out of thin air until tomorrow. ;^)
