The precincts reporting so far in NY-23 was expected to be very heavy for Owens. These numbers are from Owens stronghold, so things are still looking good for Hoffman

too bad we don't have access to those charts that break down even into precints how voters swing....

I 'm nevous but I am hopeful....

the polls had Hoffman up so if he doesn't pull it out, I look to fraud...

that or a big split in votes since Dededog might have rec'd votes via email before she backed out ...

I’m grasping at crumbs, but Hoffman is now only -7 with 27% in, total of about 43k votes in (including votes for scuzzy). I don’t know the size of the district, so I don’t know what’s left to draw from.
