the last area to ALWAYS finish counting in my state is Seattle....and coincidentally, that is where most problems arise....lost ballots,incomplete ballots, illegal ballots, provisional ballots, etc...

I think a coordinated response by pubs or conservatives is to mail in your ballot late on the night of the election...make sure you get it postmarked....

that way, the big city cronies won't know how many votes to manufacture...because OUR ballots won't be in for a few days...
