You may be right in that A NO-ABORTION-FUNDING Bill could provide "cover" for Blue Dogs to vote for the damned Bill itself,--- but on the other hand, the Left-Democrats themselves would then--- I believe --- kill the bill.

Because Abortion is the most sacred thing in their inverted Universe of the Damned.

In my (non-infallible) judgment, a big NO vote on "The Rule" will be a massive show of resistance to the ghastly Madame Pelosi. That will keep the resistance ball rolling. It will electrify and energize the Good Guys by demonstrating that The Obamapower is not invincible. And our no-abortion-funding push MUST be linked with a NO vote on the overall Bill, which deserves to be turned into high-cellulose landfill for about 1,000 good reasons.

Reading all this—and the “strategies” employed by the left-—I come back to the old adage that “politics is war by another name”.

And this is most certainly a war.

I will act on this as best I can today.
