Due to malicious software, numerous U.S. and S.K. Web sites were slowed or ground to a complete stop during the attack, as cyber experts scrambled to pinpoint the source of the problem. According to experts, the IP address traced to the attacks was leased from China, the South Korean National Intelligence Service noted in its report.
The attacks on Korean and U.S. internet sites were traced back to circuits originating in China, according to South Korean spy chief Won Sei-hoon, who recently spoke during a closed-door meeting. North Korea's communications ministry has been confirmed as leasing the line.

Sounds like great propaganda. I’d think South Korean “netizens,” who seem to be mobilize on their own to target sites that proclaim that the Liancourt Rocks(Dokdo/Takeshima) should belong to the Japanese.
