Congress acted with unprecedented speed and zeroed out ACORN's funding.

You're damn right they did, as they have no Constitutional authority to steal my money and give it to that subversive, vote fraud/vote stealing organization in the first place!
CONgre$$ is in enough trouble with "we the people" right now. They do not need any further grieve coming from the peons.

I will tell you the one key feature about ACORN...one guy or one special group...is always in charge of each city or regional ACORN office. If you were to walk in...with forty additional volunteers...all right-wing leaning...you would be pushed out the front door.

The guys in charge...don’t want competition within the inner circle of each ACORN office.

Note the current trouble in New Orleans...a second ACORN group is about to start up with the recently fired chief of that old ACORN office running the new one. There are strong suggestions of conflict between these two groups.

If you wanted to destroy ACORN...you destroy from within. You join....you melt into this apparatus...and then you stand up and start with a couple of management changes. You challenge the structure and vision. You institute reforms over accountability. You invite the media to view the “change” of the regional ACORN office. In five years, you could destroy the entire effective nature of ACORN in your local town and make multiple competitor organizations which draw away from the effective nature of the group.

Just a suggestion.
