She has not dropped out. She has merely suspended her campaign. It is very likely the suspension was caused by her inability to raise money.
I missed that one. I did notice that she began her statement by saying she is again seeking to serve the community, the cute little altruist.
How she can serve it by running and also by not running remains a question.
