This judge’s decision looks just like the Miranda rule. If the authority (policeman/soldier) makes a mistake in arresting or capturing a bad guy, the evidence accumulated when making that mistake is excluded. This goes against all common sense. Punish the arrestor, if you feel you must, but don’t let the bad guys go because the good guys made a procedural mistake!
