This is such a load of BS. We were told by the coursts we had to wait until he was elected, now we are told he is elected and it is too late.

This is such a load of BS. We were told by the coursts we had to wait until he was elected, now we are told he is elected and it is too late.

Every constitutional lawyer I read on this issue, over a year ago, agreed the time to bring the case was between the election and the inauguration.

Judge Carter agrees with that assessment, and he chastises Orly Taitz for delaying the action, through bickering with Kreep, until the day of the inauguration, and then not serving the papers properly. Obama wasn't properly served until August, when Carter had to force her to serve the papers in the middle of a court hearing. If she hadn't, the case would have been dismissed then and there.

Carter said the same during the hearing, and Orly refused to listen.
