The judge did enforce the constitution. Then why has Hussein spent $1.7 million to date to keep his birth information secret, and how can the judge rule on the question without demanding to see personally the documentation that 0bama is in fact, "natural born"?

You've been suckered. There's no reliable accounting of how much money Obama has spent "to keep his birth information secret," just information about how much his campaign paid in total for legal work.
As far as why the judge ruled the way he did, read the ruling -- he explained it very clearly. He said that even if Obama were not a natural born citizen, once he's been elected by the Electoral College, confirmed by both houses of Congress, and sworn in by the Chief Justice, he can only be removed by impeachment.
That sounds logical to me, and it does make you wonder why Orly couldn't get her act together before the inauguration took place. Judge Carter obviously wondered the same thing.

I don't see how this...
"Then why has Hussein spent $1.7 million to date to keep his birth information secret,..."
...is a meaningful response to my statement that the judge did enforce the constitution.
"...and how can the judge rule on the question without demanding to see personally the documentation that 0bama is in fact, "natural born"?"
He didn't rule on the question of whether or not Obama is in fact eligible. He found, as was expected and repeatedly explained before the fact by several of us, that he doesn't have the constitutional power to address that question. It is a matter for Congress to decide.
By recognizing that limitation on his own power, and deciding where the CONSTITUTION placed that power, he was defending the constitution.
