Blue Dog Democrats are in a pickle.

1. Many believe if they vote in favor of the health care bill they will lose next November.

2. They also know if they vote against the bill, they will not get Democrat party funding and probably lose in the primary.

Even though conservative do not care for Blue Dogs, we should give them support (including financial) if they do the correct thing and vote no. Just because their Dems, doesn't mean we cannot influence their vote.

This is kinda off topic, but related to why Stupac is against abortion...

Sure, Michigan tends to vote RAT for POTUS and is listed as a blue state. It is a misconception that Michigan is a liberal state though. Except for that largest RAT cities, Mi is quite conservative on social issues.

Traditional marriage, Pro- life, Pro-gun. The States gun laws are about the same as Texas. Michigan banned queer marriage and queer partnerships. It is a ‘shall issue’ CCW state.

Stupac represents the UP and the far northern part of the state. It's a poor area that votes liberal on fiscal issues, but is very conservative on everything else.

That is the reason Stupac gets elected, he really is half and half of both sides.

Well, I'd likely support him instead of Dede Scuzzyfava. But he sure doesn't deserve my financial support, nor do most of the "blue dogs" because they are mostly cross dressers, pretending to be conservative when they're not.

Bart Stupak isn't a conservative, he just pretends to be, then mostly votes the liberal line.
