The reference is from a Suicidal tendencies song (Punk rock) that a friend in my youth turned me on to, I believe the name of it is Institutionalized. Part of the refrain was "all I wanted was a pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me, all I wanted was a pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me, just one pepsi, but she wouldn't give it to me... I'm not crazy INSTITUTION, you're the one that's crazy INSTITUTION..."
