Not all tanks have exploded, at least 3 blew. Theres about 12 tanks ok. Its close to the Federal Prison. In last 30 minutes no spread of fire. Uncorroborated rumor of Spirit Airline flight.....The 12 tanks are right next to the ones on fire.
