Really? So back in the day when those holes "magically" appeared and the monks (or whomever) had no idea how or why, that was good enough for you? Or do you prefer a more educated world which not only understands how those holes occur (and better yet, how to produce artificial rennet), but how to speed its production and increase consistency through genetics and general science?

We both know I'm just being silly here, but my point remains - science progresses and learns and we know how these fossil trees formed - and it wasn't during the Noachian Flood.
