Bread and circuses.
Congress is inherently flawed
The FedGov has no business being involved in this.
None whatsoever.
Yup, let’s let congress regulate sports - about the only thing that I would have thought was within their meager intellectual grasp.
Alas, I was wrong.
Doesn’t congress have more pressing issues than the d@mn bcs? Mind your own business and do what the H$ll you were hired and paid to do. I’d bet their approval ratings are lower than any BCS approval ratings. Their arrogance knows no bounds!!!
Hatch and Barton: your GOP busy working on the public option for college football
Thank God our elected congresscritters are all over this.
Wouldn’t want to be accused of fiddling while the USA burns, would they?
What a bunch of useless scheisskopfs!
Congress it’s none of yer GD business!
Congressmen who think this is any of their business have been in Washington too long.
Whatever happened to term limits?
Which portion of the Constitution gives Congress the right to regulate college football?
Oh, for God’s sake. Looks like some important alumni donors are yanking chains on the Hill.
Always meddling, these people and make matters worse. Keep your hands off!!!

Where in the hell is that mentioned in the Constitution??
You could say that about 95% of all federal government activities these days!
Sick of stupid ball games for morons. Your country is being stolen while fools worry about State U or NFL thug felon team winning. It is all meaningless - wake up you dumb serfs.
Just like rollerball or something with world gov and effing CLUELESS masses.
Government, MYOB. Stay the hell OUT of college football!!!
(Which is a violation of the free expression of religion here in the South.)
I’m so glad that America is so problem-free that our Congress can worry about important stuff like which college has the best semi-pro football team.
If college football was played by actual student athletes, they’d all graduate with real degrees and 3.0+ GPA. Maybe Congress should work on that!
