I must be really sheltered, but I thought this guy was dead. He has a show? Huh, who knew. I remember Belzar on Howards show, Howard would normally pimp slap him when he went all politics. Imagine spending a lifetime pretending to be street smart and cool? Methinks in his youth he was probably a little wuss and everyones punching bag. That would explain a lot.
