She said she just heard on the radio that a 6 year old child had accidentally taken off in some kind of experimental aircraft in Larimer County, CO. Cannot find news article on this. Do you know anything?

This is not a joke.
It’s on Fox. Balloon appears to be loosing gas or may not have been fully inflated. It’s at cloud top level thought.

How to get the kid down? Can’t snag it with a plane. Can’t shoot it. Can’t catch it with a chopper.
I think a blimp could do the job. It could ease right up and snag it, I think. Wonder if Goodyear or Fugi has one of their airships in the area?

The way the ballon is spinning with the center of balance changing; I don’t think he is in it. If he was he would be sitting in one place on the side and that side would be the only side that would be leaning down.The balloon would still spin; but not in the manner it is.
