I think ( but not sure ) that it’s CBS produced..
ESPN is Abc /aka Disney, blah blah..

Yes, the NFL owns the NFL Network as well as the newer channel the NFL RedZone. Several owners, including Jerry Jones, own a stake in the NFL Network venture.
