Without Limbaugh, Checketts and his group would have to find a financial substitute to replace the sizable investment that Limbaugh intended to make. People seem to forget that there is an extremely limited number of people with the cash to make this type of investment AND the desire to do so.

It would be fitting (and ironic) if Checketts can’t find additional funds, and the team ends up moving back to the Los Angeles area with a new stadium.
