However, the courts are not the proper venue. I believe that the only option via the courts is a quo warranto action in D.C. Outside of that, impeachment is the only legal method to remove him. If we buckle down and focus on taking back the House AND Senate in 2010, we might get somewhere.
If Obama is not a natural born citizen, as you admit, and Quo Warranto action is the only option, then why the rabbit trail to 2010??? Why not go right after the Quo Warranto action now???

You should ask Orly Taitz why she didn’t file the QW in D.C. She had/has the opportunity to do so, but she didn’t/hasn’t. I’ll give you a hint as to why not ...
She’s in this for the attention not for the actual relief she claims to seek. Thus her failure to seek the limited discovery that Judge Carter offered her and her failure to file QW in D.C. She has no intention of actually succeeding in these cases. It’s just a freak show to her.
