Apparently I'm in trouble too. I went looking for my birth certificate in my parents' files, and found the certificate they were issued by the state of Georgia back in 1997, when they requested a copy.
It's a computer printout on green paper with only the most basic information, that looks an awful lot like a COLB.
Of course chillin born in HI also get COLBS. As do chillin whose parents request amended BCs. So we are back to square one.
