What are Orly’s appeal options? Anyone know??

She won't be paying this donkey @$$ any time soon. Appeal his sanction along with appealing his decision.

She can, I believe, appeal the sanctions, but she can't appeal the underlying decision. Only Rhodes (or a lawyer hired by Rhodes) can appeal the underlying decisiont.

If by "donkey @ss" you mean a Democrat, you're wrong-- Judge Land was a conservative Republican State Senator before George W. Bush appointed him a judge on the recommendation of Saxby Chambliss.

And, while the order is appealable, filing an appeal doesn't stop her obligation to pay the fine within 30 days (although she gets it back if she wins the appeal), unless the Court of Appeals grants her a stay.
