HONEST CITIZENS PUT IN THE DOCK AS THUGS GO FREE (UK--signs of things to come in US?)
Daily Express ^ | 10/12/2009 | Leo McKinstry

BRITAIN continues its descent into a socialist hell, devoid of any justice or morality. We now live in a sub-Marxist world where the ultra-politicised institutions of the State wield arbitrary power, bullying the decent members of the public while dangerous criminals walk free.

The legal system is fast becoming an instrument of oppression rather than a bulwark of civilisation. Such is the grip of Left-wing thinking on our so-called law enforcers that they are no longer willing to protect society from violence and thuggery.

Use this information whenever a liberal touts the wonderful living conditions in Europe's socialist Utopia as superior to the capitalist life in the US.

Oh, and this is exactly where we're headed if we don't stop this administration.

In Sunderland, for instance, residents have been threatened with fines of £1,000 for putting their rubbish out on the wrong day. Further south in the test valley in Hampshire, the local authority employs a team of 12 bin monitors, whose job is to compile a database of repeat environmental offenders, this in a political cli- mate where the policeand town halls continually bleat about “lack of resources” to deal with serious criminals.

Last week, guidelines by Lord Justice Sedley urged that magistrates should take a role “equal to Greenpeace” by punishing environmental offences more heavily. in a highly political statement, he argued that “despoliation of the environment is arguably the gravest of all problems we are going to hand on to our children”. it is telling that Sedley, once a tutor at a communist party summer school, has boasted that “changing the world” is one of his ideals.

The same twisted values can now be seen throughout public life in Britain.

...and in the White House and on Capitol Hill.

The hate laws that are making their way through Congress are numbingly eerie reminders of what has transpired in the UK. Where once they could claim to be “Great Britain”, today the name is shortened. The Liberals are eagerly crafting the US in the European image while the warning voices from that continent fall on deaf ears, and our citizens rise in protest, and the Founders’ lament.

This is already happening here. Obama/Holder can’t wait to close Guantanamo, sending the terrorists to countries (Nassau, Yemen , Ireland ) where they are free to walk the streets. They also seek to bring other Guantanamo terrorists to America, within reach of liberal judges who will turn them loose to kill and maim our children. At the same time Obama/Holder hound, bankrupt, and seek to imprison the brave heroes who captured and interrogated terrrorists post-911. Truly, we have the Enemy Within.

We actually have been there before and rejected it. During the 60s and 70s we started treating criminals as if they were simply misguided people who could be rehabbed.
Psychologists took over our crime management and thoroughly messed it up.

In 1981, the crime rate reached a high and we started to shut that whole approach down. Now we have three strikes, 40 or so states with conceal and carry. The situation is not all like England.

This is the cornerstone of revolution: failure of the social contract.

“This is the cornerstone of revolution: failure of the social contract. “

None of this could happen without the participation of the populace by giving power to the bureaucratic tyrants who oppress them.

England is a totalitarian society now. They have no free speech rights, and in fact, they micromanage people’s everyday life more than Nazis ever dreamed of.

Their people are utterly disarmed and it will be difficult for them to revolt against the despots.

They don’t have death camps ONLY because they have learned how to destroy and neutalize dissenters through prosecution and public humiliation.

There has to be a breaking point. At some point, people should realize how much pain they bear, for so little, or nothing in return. Government will always attempt to sooth them with scraps and platitudes, which is when people have to decide..the pain of revolution, or slave for life.

It's sad how little things have changed throughout human history. And God watches knowingly, like any parent would.

“HONEST CITIZENS PUT IN THE DOCK AS THUGS GO FREE”

There’s a very simple economic explanation for this...

Murder, rape, thuggery don’t generate revenue for the government. Traffic citations, fines for littering, recycling violations do. Plus, honest citizens will generally pay whatever fines are levied against them.

This will not stand.

Good people can only suffer so much abuse before they snap, then interesting and unexpected things happen. “Beware the rage of a patient man” is how it was explained to me.

Good luck and God bless you, Britain.

God give you the strength to do what you need to do, when the time comes.
