The law says that California will not preform Gay Marriages in their state and that Marriage is between one man and one women.

That however does not stop the State from agreeing to recognize marriages preformed in any state, including Gay Marriage

Wrong. Proposition 8 was very short ant succinct:

"Only marriage between a man and a woman is valid or recognized in California."

So accorsing to my reading of this constitutional amendment, the state cannot recognize same-sex marriages performed in other states. Look for this law to be challenged and overturned on constitutional grounds.

I agree with you. All I am saying is this is there argument. They are trying to find a loop hole.
