Which is the problem in a nutshell:

1) Pell grants and OSU research - payback to libtard college students and libtard university professors

2) extension of unemployment benefits - payback to welfare cheats to continue sitting around on their lazy posteriors

3) Section 8 housing - see 2) above.

I would be shocked if there there were a single worthwhile growth-enhancing project being funded in any of what you listed.
