"Americans" don't want to do the job, can't find any American to do the job etc etc" and now the excuse is "no one is qualified?". It's all bullshit. And the jobs of 'yesterday' have disappeared, compliments of the US Government's move for 'Normalization of Trade with China' in the 90's.
