As far as I know the “Doonesbury” creator Gary Tradeu (SP?) coined that word in a strip making fun of Phil Donahue. I never forgot it for some reason. So ‘on point’ perhaps...
Probably right. I picked it up in my more than 3000 hours of intense group work and experiences.
It was a very common word “in group.”
