David Cameron on Thursday blamed Britains economic crisis on a Labour-led era of big government, in a sombre and sometimes emotional speech aimed at convincing the nation he is a prime minister in waiting.
Mr Cameron warned that he was about to turn off the tap on public spending, and caused concern to some in the City when he said that sometime soon the country would have to stop printing money if it wanted to head off inflation.

Is the Great Britain(UK)'s election a prediction of next year's off-year election results in our country(or what's left of it)?

The UK election will likely be in the 50 percent range for Cameron (remember, they run two major parties and a minor party). The Sun (the daily paper) sliding over to the Cameron support circle...pretty much anchors down the win at this point.

Will Cameron do anything about the Moslem take over of GB? AND will he address the NHS?

It is unlikely the Conservatives will get 50% (not even Tony Blair in the mega Labour landslide of 1997 recieved 50%, they in fact recieved 43%). At the moment, the Conservatives are at and around 40% in national opinion polling. The maximum amount of votes the Conservatives can hope for is compareable to that of Blair, around 43-45%, which would be enough for a strong majority, despite the fact that the seat boundaries are biased in Labour's favor (this is evidenced by the fact that Labour won outright in 2005 with a 3% lead nationally, whereas most analysts believe that the Conservatives will need a 8-9% lead nationally to win outright, otherwise we will be into
Hung parliament territory.
