You going to be waiting a LONG time for that Motion of Dismissal.

Carter can issue a ruling on the MTD the next day, the next week or NEVER.

This case is now in the SYSTEM. Any rulings that Carter makes at this point will be appealed by the losing party all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

If you read Orly’s Surreply to the MTD you will see that she is looking down field with her pleading with an eye towards convincing the LIBERAL justices on the U.S. Supreme Court to agree to hear the case.

Do you REALLY think that Judge Carter will dismiss the case of the century?

Judge Carter plays his cards right and HE gets to replace ‘the wise Latina’ on the High Court.

That’s High Politics and Real Power.

Someone, one of those purporting to be an expert on The Law (wether it makes sense of not, or provides justice or not) said that a denial of a motion to dismiss can't be appealed.

That actaully does make sense though, becuase it's not denying anyone due process or any other right, it's just allowing the case to go forward.

I don't know. INEVER thought the Supreme Court would pass up numerous opportunities to hear the case of the century, but they did.
