I think you are correct, as he was never president.

Why did Keyes say Orly called? Did she not understand? I believe that's the case. And it's not the first time.
It looks like Carter was crossing his "i's" and dotting his "t's" with these dates, since, although they were discussed and agreed upon by both plaintiff and defendant attorneys at the previous hearing, they were never entered on the docket.

Biden would be out as well. You sure about that?....
Just asking!

I would think they would throw the entire administration out and give it to the Republicans.

They most certainly carried out their duties under the constitution.Irrelevant. That they followed procedure won't save Obama as POTUS, any more than following procedure saves any other Unconstitutional Act of Congress. Having followed required procedure is not the standard; it's whether or not the effect/semantics of the Act fall within Constitutional limits. Confirming an electoral college vote for a person Constiutionally incapable of being POTUS fails that test. End of discussion.

How could Pelosi be POTUS? She would go back down to level Zero if Obama is found to ineligible. She is only in her position as well as Reid due to Obama being POTUS.

they would be the agency called upon to march him out of there I would prefer they "perp-walk" him out instead of marching.

Just to underscore my point, please don't forget that Orly also reportedly promised everyone she was granted discovery and urged to commence with it for this same case only a couple weeks ago.
Not until after the original blitz of yippees died down did the realization come that any discovery she could have was severely limited and could only relate to the MTD issues heard on Monday.
I sincerely want to do anything I can to support this cause, but it's stuff like this from the principal people involved (Keyes, Taitz) that fills me with doubt that the case will proceed. How I hope, I'm wrong.
The good news is that there's still Donofio and MissTickly and maybe something good will come of Apuzzo’s efforts as well.

This is a good indication that the case will NOT be dismissed and will go to TRIAL in January! PASS THIS ALONG. It is an indication of nothing more than the judge doing what he is supposed to be doing...a normal court formality.

This is sloppy. Who wrote this? Webmaster or Orly? Most of us laymen realize that you cannot assume it is a go. I appreciate her efforts but do not want to get my hopes up until the judge says it.
Any attorneys here? Is case management scheduling normal when you are waiting for a motion to dismiss?

Don’t forget these arguments from the dumbos: Everybody does it. That’s racist! The constitution is racist!
