I like the concept and I hoope it continues to grow. Only problem is you need a group of conservative editors who are constantly reversing edits by hordes of script kiddy savy unemployed liberals.

And how. There’s no pretense at all that it’s anything else but.

Domestic rats are curious, clean, and gentle creatures with a lifespan of approximately three years.

From their article on Rat

I enjoy reading articles here. It’s kindof a visual representation of the kitbash that is the conservative movement. You can read certain articles and know it was written by a socon, libertarian, neocon, ect. I wouldn’t use it as a literal encyclopedia, but then again I wouldn’t use the real wiki for that purpose either.

Wiki is awfully good for non-politicized subjects.

I use wiki as a starting point, then if something really interests me I’ll use the Googler to research it more. Have you ever fallen into the Wikivortex? Where you start reading about Alexander the Great and four hours later find yourself reading about the third string quarterback on the 1994 Dallas Cowboys? All from using links on the first page?

LOL

I’ve gotten Wikivortexed off of subject pages. I don’t usually pay a lot of attention to their front page.

Been using Conservapedia for the last few years.

A good alternative to Wikipedia.

Barack Hussein Obama

Barack Hussein Obama II aka Barry Soetoro[1] (allegedly[2][3][4][5][6] born in Honolulu Aug. 4, 1961) is the 44th President of the United States, and previously served as a first-term Democratic Senator from Illinois (2005-2008). Obama and his running mate Senator Joseph Biden won the presidential election[7] after 23 months of campaigning that spent over $700 million,[8] much of it raised from undisclosed or fraudulent donors.[9]

If I want info on "Nuclear Weapon of the United Kingdom", Wikipedia gives more up to date, more detailed, and more accurate information than the Federation of American Scientists or globalsecurity.

Conservapedia gives crickets.

If all you get is from Conservapedia is crickets, you're reading one of their better articles. The place is a joke, run by a madhouse, wrapped in a MediaWiki. I do follow it on RationalWiki's "What Is Going On at Conservapedia;" not for the liberal commentary, but just to follow the soap opera that is Andy Schlafly vs. the World. Godspeed!

(I did briefly try to contribute to Conservapedia, mainly in the area of style. I was quickly reported to Schlafly himself and all but crucified as a liberal interloper--I guess Chicago is an insufficiently conservative style!)
