I would think that 2 out of 535 members of Congress would have known that.

Those 535 who voted unanimously to certify the Electoral College vote in Obama’s favor when it would have only taken any one senator and any one representative to challenge the legitimacy of the Electoral College vote really let us down, particularly the 39 Republican Senators who were there and the 178 Republican Representatives as well.
Also the Supreme Court has rejected every challenge to Obama’s right to be president.
