No, they don't say. I was just trying to pick a characteristic work. I thought his English fishermen series would be more likely for somebody to select for the Obama White House than his scenes from New England village life or his Civil War sketches.

I think hanging some of his Reconstruction art would be edgy, and daring, and I'm sure whoever was hired to choose would never do any such thing --
