I think this quote was from several months ago when the book was announced and before the Anderson book came out. Last week Matthews and his panel couldn't seem to remember any politician who has written their own book.
Matthews is just another tool with extremely selective memory. Someday he'll find it necessary to not remember any politician ever sending a tingle up his leg.
