I didn’t “hear” anything, I merely deduced what he’d be
doing based on what I kn ow about him and his Party’s priorities.

Interesting. Looking at the quotes you brought in, I'd have to say you're right. Obama has decided to stake his entire Administration on getting the Democrats the final fetter on the electorate that they think they need to impose the one-party Superstate.
