I can't tell you how long it's been since I took to referring to the "merchandise trade deficit" (or "goods trade deficit"), and "services trade surplus" just to keep morons like you from parachuting onto one of my threads to whine that I'm combining the two for nefarious purposes.

Now, the minute you find it convenient, you combine the two to mitigate the fact that you were wrong. Hypocrite.
