The girlfriend of the guy who was extorting should have just filed a harassment lawsuit. She would have made about the same off that. This guy is scum, pond scum of the worst kind and needs to be OFF TV. They kicked Imus off for less.

The extortionist (a producer on 48 Hours) came up with the scheme after their relationship was over. She had nothing to do with it (she just has bad judgment in men)
