"The Senate plans to attach Obamacare to a House-passed non-healthcare bill. Ironically, nobody knows what that legislation looks like, because it has not yet been written. Yet many members plan to rubber-stamp Obamacare without reading or understanding the bill.
The Senate Finance Committee worked furiously last week to mark up a conceptual framework of health care reform. The committee actually rejected an amendment by Sen. Jim Bunning (R.-Ky.) to mandate that the bill text and a final cost analysis by the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) be publicly available at least 72 hours before the Finance Committee votes on final passage."

Funny how the “secret” plan is all over the internet.
Its not so secret anymore.
Secret! LOL
OK, so if the pukes do this, can’t we just change it back after we kick the lying power abusers out?
We also have a “secret” plan to REVOLT and take back the country!
I think that’s what they are AFRAID of....
its a job killer and we cant afford it
Some 500 or so a$$holes who represent only themselves, not the people.
Time to make a clean sweep.
When the time comes for a bill to be proposed, and the reader starts to read, someone always cites rule # whatever and the reading is suspended, right?
Let the bill be read!
You think Ghadafi's translater had a problem .. ??!!!
Would that be similar to obama's pre-election pledge to post all bills online for 5 days before signing them? A pledge he has kept...well, someone mentioned I think it is exactly 8 times, and only for 3 days at most. Nice.

Yeah, This article is on FreeRepublic three times already.
Before anyone accuses me of being the "Posting Police," I'm just putting links here in case people want to read the comments on the previous threads.
Also, look for my comments on those threads. This isn't a secret. It isn't unprecedented. It is sleazy. And the constitution prohibits the Senate from passing a revenue bill before the House. The Senate can only propose amendments to revenue bills that the house has already passed. That's why this has to go as an amendment in the from of a substitute to a revenue related bill that the House has already passed. They did this last year with the TARP legislation.

TERM LIMITS
Need to have a rubber stamp made that we all can use on a $1.00 bill.
“Can you Here Us Now”
“Read the Bill”
“Can we see the Birth Certificate”
Think about millions of dollar bills changing hands daily reminding Americans of the coming 2012 revolution.

The Senate did the same thing last fall for the 2008 Bailout bill.
HOW THE Senate originates a spending bill without really originating a spending bill.
HR 3997 Bailout (109 pages) was voted down in the House therefore it could not be sent to the senate.
The Senate scrounged through all the bills still in committee that they should have dealt with but hadnt and found the Wellstone Bill HR 1424 which had already been passed by the House. They took the front page of the HR 1424 and added HR 3997 (109 pages) plus an additional 300+ pages of pork all as amendments. All the 300+ pages were all the crap that they wanted to get passed but were unable to individually. The Wellstone Bill became the ECONOMIC STABILIZATION ACT OF 2008.
Term limits will take a constitutional amendment.
