I’m no fan of MO, but there’s no grammatical error here. You might argue it’s impolite to put yourself first, but there’s no rules of grammar that prevents it.
I don't know but according to The Grammatical Desk Reference it is not grammatically correct to say, "Me and...". It's the way I was always taught so one would think Big MO was taught the same way. JMO
