Law.

If the person is legally not president then he is NOT the president. It is that simple.
There is no impeachment needed because he is NOT the president.
All the law is doing is removing the person that IS NOT the president.

This is not hard to understand.

Peru and Honduras both removed the person that claimed to be their presidents in this way.

oh... here is what I said wrong at first:
"In other words if our president does something illegal with regards to the election or over steps his legal authority the US supreme court has the legal authority to remove *(the person that claimed to be)* president by force.
