Nothing makes sense in court and Orly is the only individual who has gotten this far.

A Judge is threatening to fine her for filing a frivolous lawsuit. Is that what you mean by "this far"?

"Secondly, there is nothing on her site to this effect so we do not know what the official story is until she addresses it."

You have the newspaper article, you don't need her story, unless you prefer the comfort of sticking with unreality.

Newspaper articles are rarely accurate. It is better to go to the source.

With respect to Orly making mistakes in her pleadings, that really is no big deal. If you have ever been in and out of courts like I have, you would know that attorneys make huge mistakes all the time even from the most prestigious law firms.

Orly has a great hear and is very, very sincere. Not one of you out there has the courage and tenacity to accomplish what she has.

If you have ever been involved in a court action you would know that court is a parallel universe where common sense goes out the window. A judge just about always will do everything he can NOT to do any work and will throw out a case on any excuse. For Orly to have beaten the odds this way is a testament to her talent.

As far as reading an article for accuracy, you have got to be kidding. Newspaper information is 90% trash and propaganda. If the story does not fit the party line the newspaper lies.
