Exactly.
Berlusconi is just making a joke. But I don’t think that there’s much doubt that Barry keeps tan, and uses a tanning machine in the winter, because he wants to look more black for political purposes.
There was a story going around last year that he is half white and 7/16 Arab. I don’t really think that’s true. But I expect he has some Arab blood, since his ancestors in Kenya were Muslim slavers.
