IIRC O’Reilly pre-dated Beck on the issue. He pressured Louisiana to investigate and they did initiate an investigation. After that, he seemed to let go and move to other things.
O'Reilly is too worried about not looking fair and balanced towards obama. I think he's a closet supporter of zero.

Wrongo. I was watching both at the time and wondered where the rest of FOX was and BOR only got on line long after Beck had that dustup with the ACORN spokesman on his show. Beck started to investigate them after the spokesman threatened Beck and his crew off camera. Beck identified the pyramid of all the other companies inside the same former funeral home in NO. Beck didn’t have the staff necessary to investigate further at the time and had to pass along his initial work to BOR’s staff to run with the ball for a while.
