Maybe you could change the title of the article itself to "Former Nevada ACORN Field Director Agrees to Testify Against ACORN" to reflect the information that is actually recent news? The poster's actual description of the discussion that took place on Fox News was accurate and not from 2008. It seems the poster just picked the wrong title.

I am amazed that something I posted in a matter of two minutes this AM AS SOON AS I SAW IT ON FOX, has so far gotten well over 300 responses. I searched with Keywords, and found that NO ONE had posted anything relating to Acorn and Nevada and Attorney General, etc. so I assumed it WAS
a brand-new- as- of- today story, (though it seems unusual that a story like this would officially break on a Sunday morning. I notice from scrolling down through the replies that a number of people questioned my “sources” as though this was an “old” story. If so, I’d never heard of it.
The avalanche of replies , mostly positive as far as I could see, shows just how grateful all of us are for the continuing “bad” news for ACORN, and the good news for America.
