Zelaya seeks to install parallel government in Honduras The deposed President Manuel Zelaya arrived Monday morning at the Embassy of Brazil, where he is a refugee with followers. 26.09.09 - Updated: 26.09.09 08:56 pm - Writing: redaccion@elheraldo.hn

Tegucigalpa. ,

Honduras .

The ousted president Manuel Zelaya Rosales proposes to install a parallel government in Honduras with the support of some countries, especially those serving the Bolivarian Alternative for the Americas (ALBA).

This version is known in different political and governmental sectors of the country, El Heraldo said political analyst Raul Pineda Alvarado, who also added that the parallel government will be subsidized with the aid have been frozen by various funding sources, including the Bank Central American Economic Integration, Petrocaribe and other foreign aid agencies.

Alvarado said that in the higher echelons of government is known Micheletti final offensive of the toppled Zelaya and his followers, whose main parts, the Chancellor Patricia Rhodes, former presidential commissioner Aristides Mejia, the former Minister of the Presidency, Enrique Flores The former manager of ENEE Rixi Moncada and former Finance Minister Rebeca Santos, arrive in the country in the coming hours to join the parallel government.

The presidential candidate of the Innovation and Unity Party (Pinu), Bernard Martinez, told the Herald, which he also had knowledge of the maneuver of Zelaya.

Asked his position on it, Martinez said that the existence of a parallel government does not change things in Honduras. If that is the purpose, Zelaya would have established his government in Brazilian territory, because it has taken refuge in the embassy has said.

As to the coming of former staff required by the Public Ministry, the most likely to be captured before entering the embassy to respond to pending trials.

Allen, meanwhile, said the relocation of the parallel government of Zelaya is part of an offensive by the deposed president that includes a demonstration in the next few hours of resistance groups across the country, apparently armed, in order to generate chaos in the capital of the Republic.

Zelaya has failed to return to the presidency failed because the United Nations intervention, nor the insurrection that was scheduled for Monday of last week. He now plans to create a parallel government in the international community to channel aid frozen, but this does not change things, said the political analyst.

Does this mean that parallel taxes are also collected?

Would there be parallel Czars appointed?

Would a parallel passport be required?

Would a parallel representative to the UN be appointed?

Would President Obama recognize a parallel leader in one country but not another?

Would you have to have parallel car tags to drive in Honduras?

Would a parallel constitution come to exist?

Would you vote in a parallel election...and if so....are there other parallel parties?

This begs questions...better left till after the Super Bowl.

I think he plans a full scale civil war and then to throw away the constitution and rewrite what he wants.

I read elsewhere “We urge the Brazilian government to define the status of Mr. Zelaya in a period of no more than ten days,” the de facto administration said in a statement. “If not, we will be obliged to take additional measures.”

I have never seen such backwards thinking from the so-called free world than is being seen right now, all to return a despot to power, supposedly for 2 or 3 months?

Obama has even stated he may not even recognize the results of the upcomng election.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/09/03/AR2009090302624.html

If Honduras falls to this strong-arm tactic of the left, the rule of law & order is over in the free world.

I guess we’ll soon find out. Obama’s at is at least contributing mightily to a possible civil war by backing the Marxist Hugo Chavez wannabe.

Perhaps its time for a parallel government here in the US. And also a parallel currency. Both of the old ones are dieing from self inflicted wounds.

Yes, why else would he fight so hard for just 2 or 3 months in office, other than to declare himself dictator and do away with your consitution, as he originally planned to do?

If he gets back in, don’t expect to see any election and expect him to declare some sort of emergency and plunge Honduras into a dictatorship under him.

If he does that, Obama will surely declare it is the “will of the Honduran people” and Jimmy Carter will decalre it is all fair.

I pray for all of you down there.

So this means that Zelaya is going to set up a "government" with a bunch of "czars", right?

BTW: With all this going on, does anyone know if Zelaya has had a chance to wash his pajamas yet? LOL!

If your screen name means what I think it does, I’m sorry that you and your countrymen are being treated this way by my country. It is shameful.

I think many in the Pentagon probably believe that they might be the last line of defense against tyranny in their own country.
